The other day this end position cropped up:
I played my last spade, squeezing lefty into shedding a heart winner. When he did, I threw him in with his other heart to lead clubs-- he had his choice of queen, giving the table the last two, or low, giving me the last two. Fun! Is there a name for this kind of annoying "defender's choice" squeeze and endplay?

This is mostly a stepping stone squeeze, where the ingredients are a blocked suit and two losers. The long heart in hand isn't really necessary (e.g. replace with a low diamond). At trick 11, lead the club (lefty must duck) and exit a heart.
